Darbhanga. In the case of murder of a woman and her six-month-old baby in Darbhanga, the court has sentenced the accused husband and his father-in-law to ten years of rigorous imprisonment. The court of Sessions Judge Binod Kumar Tiwari of Darbhanga Civil Court pronounced this sentence. Also, the court has decided to fix and pay compensation to the District Legal Services Authority for the rehabilitation of a living disabled daughter of the deceased.
