100 index increases by more than 700 points –


KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) last week witnessed an increase of more than 700 points in the 100 Index while 1.19 billion shares were traded during the period.

According to the details, the Pakistan Stock Exchange saw an increase of 756 points in 100 index during a week after which the index closed at 45,578 points.

Between 18 and 22 October 2021, the highest level of the 100 Index was 46,162 points while the lowest level was 44,432 points.

During the last week, 1.19 billion shares worth Rs 44.39 billion were traded while the market capitalization increased by Rs 68 billion to Rs 7,863 billion.
