Three Tamil-origin technicians sent to work in Singapore have confessed to their crime. He was accused of attempting to steal electrical wiring from a building. According to a Straits Times report, Ezhilarasan Nagarajan (26), Radhakrishnan Ilavarasan (28) and Balasubramanian Niwas (29) tried to steal electrical wires from a building. His master was going to another place the next day.
In the process of committing the theft, 27-year-old driver Murugan Kothalam who was accompanying the trio died of electrocution. Nagarajan and Elvaresan were fined S$1,000 each, while Niwas, who was charged with another charge by the court, was fined S$1,500.
