AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan declared ‘bad character’, sent to Tihar Jail by Delhi Police

New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Thursday termed AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan as “bad character”. There are also 18 criminal cases registered against the MLA. The DCP approved the proposal to make the AAP MLA of bad character, which was issued by 28 SHO Jamia Nagar. Amanullah Khan is a habitual criminal and has been booked for several serious offenses such as assault, rioting and land grabbing, police said.

Earlier on Thursday, Delhi Police arrested Amanullah Khan from Okhla. He was first detained and then arrested for protesting against government work. After the hearing, the AAP MLA was sent to Tihar Jail.
