Narsimha Srinivas and Anantalakshmi, who reside in Bhel MIG Colony under Bharatinagar Division of GHMC, have a daughter Varsha and a son Navaneet Bokka. Navaneeth is currently studying in the second year of his degree from Andhra University. Navneet, who developed a passion for badminton since childhood, participated in district, state, national and international level competitions and achieved many schemes. Navneet, who studied at St. Ann’s School in BHEL, participated in the district level badminton competition in 2010 at the age of nine and won his first gold medal. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, he represented Telangana state in the state level Under-19 Badminton Championship and won the championship. Apart from this, Navaneet also participated in the state level seniors competition in 2018 and 2019. In 2017, he won gold and bronze medals in junior badminton competitions held at the national level. In 2018 and 2020, he participated in the Khelo India School Competition introduced by the Central Government and won gold medals. After winning the gold medal in the national junior competition held in 2017, the central government selected Navaneet for the international junior badminton competition held in Germany and the Netherlands in 2018. In the same year, Navaneeth also represented in the World Cup competitions held in Canada. Navaneet has been selected to participate in the World Junior Badminton Championship in Russia in the year 2019. In the year 2021, he participated in the World Badminton Competition in Bangladesh and won a silver medal. In the year 2022, Navaneet participated in the competitions held in Nagpur and Bangalore and won gold and bronze medals. In November of the same year, he participated in the mixed doubles competition with Priya in the All India Championship held in Hyderabad and won the championship. Navaneet, who is studying for a degree in Andhra University, was selected to play in the World University Championship in 2020 from Andhra University, but due to Corona, the competition was postponed to 2023. The principal and teachers of the school are happy that Navaneet, who studied at St. Ann’s School in BHEL till the ninth standard, has become an international badminton player.

I have achieved many schemes at state and national level. In the end I won schemes at the international level as well. Navneet Bocca said that my ultimate goal is to represent the country in the 2024 Olympics. For that, he said that he is practicing at the Badminton Academy in Suchitra and National Sports and Badminton of India are providing full cooperation.
