An all-party meeting began at the Parliament Library Building ahead of the special session of Parliament starting tomorrow. Union Minister Rajnath Singh and leaders of opposition parties arrived to attend the all-party meeting. Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah, DMK chief Vaiko, Tiruchi N Shiva and Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader V Sivadasan were also present in the meeting.

Earlier on Wednesday, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi had said that a meeting of leaders of all parties has been called on September 17, a day before the five-day special session. The special session will be held from September 18 to 22.
