Whoever works for the party, grows the party, will get an important position in the MNS henceforth. An organizational position in the MNS is not an object of decoration. In order to strengthen the organization while giving priority to solve people’s issues and problems, appointments of various office bearers will be made on a trial basis for a year, Thackeray explained. Raj said that it is not useful for activists to just take selfies and circulate them on social media. Workers have to reach people. It is only through this that we can make the journey to get permanent and stable power. Power gained through compromise is fleeting. So if you support me, it will be my responsibility to build a party and bring the common worker to the seat of power.

Power comes from consistency of work, discipline. The journey of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is an example. When the Jana Sangh contested the elections, they initially failed. But, the Jan Sangh continued to work. Later it was transformed into BJP. BJP has not stopped working despite being in the opposition forever. After almost four generations, they have got a clear majority today. Thackeray said that the activists should remember that this success has been achieved through hard work through continuous agitation. On this occasion, Sandeep Deshpande, Prakash Mahajan, Avinash Jadhav, Vitthal Lokhandkar, Avinash Abhyankar, Anil Shidore, Raju Umbarkar and others were present on the stage. Officials and activists of all the five districts of Amravati Division were present in the meeting.
