Edipan, a Spanish manufacturer of technical teaching equipment, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tamil Nadu government to invest ₹540 crore in Tamil Nadu.
The MoU was signed in the presence of the Chief Minister MK.
In this situation, Chief Minister Stalin appealed to the Tamil diaspora in Spain to help Tamil Nadu.
In a related social media post, Stalin said he was happy to sign the deal with Ediban and get an investment of ₹540 crore.
Edibon is engaged in the design, production and marketing of technical equipment for teaching.
Stalin, who was on a tour of Spain, is said to have held talks with other industrial companies Gestamp and Talco and apprised them of opportunities in Tamil Nadu.
