Basti – Under the leadership of District President of Uttar Pradesh Primary Teachers Union, Chandrika Singh, the office bearers and teachers on Friday met with the administrative officer of the District Magistrate regarding the demand of providing bridge course to the selected B.Ed. A memorandum was submitted to the Chief Minister and the Director General of School Education through the medium.
It has been said in the sent memorandum that as per the order issued by NCTE on June 28, 2018, the State Government of Uttar Pradesh included B.Ed. More than two years have passed since all the selected candidates were appointed in the recruitment process. According to the guidelines of NCTE, it is mandatory for the B.Ed. In such a situation, the bridge course of B.Ed. candidates should be completed.
After handing over the memorandum to the Chief Minister and Director General of School Education, Union District President Chandrika Singh, District Minister Balkrishna Ojha and District Treasurer Durgesh Yadav said that due to the order issued by NCTE, the teachers who were appointed two years back are confused. Till now no initiative has been taken at the government level to complete the bridge course. In such a situation, the bridge course should be completed for the selected B.Ed.
Awadhesh Kumar, Suraj Maurya, Shravan Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Ram Pravesh, Gufran, Arvind, Deepchand, Prasun Srivastava, Rambhavan Yadav, Suresh Gaur, Rajkumar, Nandlal, Agnyaram Verma, Ramjeet, Ankur Yadav, Anil Pathak, Yogendra among those who handed over the memorandum. Shukla, Rajesh Yadav, Seshamani, Harendra Maurya, Kuldeep, Alok, Balkrishna, Abumaz, Shiv Prakash Singh, Santosh Mishra, Sudhir Tiwari, Manoj Singh, Prabhakar Tiwari along with many teachers, union officials were involved.
