The former SecretIG-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Abdullah Bishara, invited a number of diplomats and ambassadors of the GCC countries to a lunch.
“We attended a meeting filled with memories of the bright past of Gulf diplomacy, hosted by Professor Abdullah Bishara, in the presence of Professor Khaled Al-Jarallah and Ahmed Al-Ayoub, and fellow ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, where they talked about the future and the ties that unite our Gulf system,” said the Sultanate of Oman’s ambassador to the country, Dr. Saleh Al Kharousi.
In turn, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Kuwait Salah Al-Malki expressed his happiness to meet with great figures in the history of Gulf diplomacy, noting that the effects of their achievements will continue to be studied in all international diplomatic schools.
He added, “I and my fellow GCC ambassadors accredited to Kuwait were honored by the kind invitation of Mr. Abdullah Yaqoub Bishara, who brought us together with brilliant Kuwaiti diplomats who have had an imprint on the march of the blessed cooperation stations, Ambassador Khaled Al-Jarallah and Ambassador Muhammad Al-Ayoub, Director of Protocols for 30 years.
