Chief Justice Athar Minallah said that the victim can claim self-respect. A retired man is not insulted, let alone a retired Chief Justice.
The lawyer said that you also have the show cause notice case of Ansar Abbasi, on which the Chief Justice said that it is a separate case, do not mix with it. The first is that judges are open-minded when it comes to criticism.
Chief Justice Athar Minallah said that even a former Chief Justice is not a contempt of court. Judges are in a very high position. Criticism should be welcomed.
