dental treatment will also be available in rural hospitals says health minister rajesh tope

Mumbai: The process of filling up various posts in the field of dentistry is underway as the services of dentists are required for patients of all ages from infants to the elderly. Work is underway to create posts up to rural hospitals. Therefore, dental treatment will also be available in rural hospitals, said Public Health Minister Rajesh Tope here today.

The dental council should submit recommendations to the government through a study group to energize the dental sector and formulate a policy. If there is a policy change, the sector will get a boost, said Medical Education Minister Amit Deshmukh. The Kovid Dental Warrior Award Ceremony was organized by Maharashtra State Dental Council at Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan. The ceremony was presided over by Minister Rajesh Tope and the award was distributed by Minister Amit Deshmukh.

Although the field of dentistry was limited, he served Kovid patients during the Corona period. This is a very commendable matter. New branches of Ortho Dental and Cosmetic Dental are emerging and more research is needed in the field of dentistry. Soon a big recruitment will be done by the government in this field. Chairs will be made available and recruitments will be made to provide this service not only in urban areas but also in rural areas, said Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

Efforts will be made to accommodate dentists under Mahatma Jotiba Phule Janaarogya Yojana. The Indian Dental Association and the Council should enhance services through you. Minister Rajesh Tope also said that the government would extend its fullest cooperation for setting up a program to start a certificate or degree course for the new post of ‘Dental Lab Assistant’.
