Details of fixed fees for electricity users in the country, effective from July 1st

ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Daily) The fixed charge set by Nepra for domestic consumers will be collected from July 1, where the fixed charge will not be deducted from those who consume 200 units.
The details of these fixed charges have been disclosed, according to which, users of 301 to 400 units will be charged Rs 200 per month, users of 401 to 500 units will be charged Rs 400 per month, users of 501 to 600 units will be charged Rs 600 per month, while users of 601 to 700 units will be charged Rs 600 per month. A fixed charge of Rs 800 will be charged per month. A fixed charge of Rs 1,000 will be charged to users of more than 700 units. The aim of increasing these fixed charges is to increase the revenue of the power distribution companies.
