Senior weight lifting competition was organized. In the competition, Praveen Gurjar became Mr. Jhalawar and Raveena Kanwar became Miss Jhalawar.

Senior weight lifting competition was organized at Golden Gym, Jhalawar on Sunday. In the competition, Praveen Gurjar became Mr. Jhalawar and Raveena Kanwar became Miss Jhalawar.

Secretary Gurpreet Singh said that the chief guest of the competition was Sports Officer Kripashankar Sharma. Olympic Association President Dinesh Saxena presided. The special guest was Chandramohan, Vice President of Masters Weight Lifting. The role of judge was played by Treasurer Shakir Hussain, President of RAW Power Lifting India Manpreet Kaur, Vice President Ishwar Meghwal.

In 55 kg weight category, Praveen Gurjar stood first and Gajendra Singh stood second. In the 61 kg weight category, Shivam Kushwaha stood first and Balraj Singh stood second. In the 67 kg weight category, Jitendra Kumar stood first and Daksh Singh Shekhawat stood second. In the 73 kg weight category, first was Sumit Pareta, second was Lokendra Singh and third was Bhanwar Singh. In the 81 kg weight category, Girish Chomiya stood first, Lakhan Gurjar stood second and Manoj Verma stood third. Vikram Singh Gurjar stood first in the 89 kg weight category. Raveena Kanwar stood first in the women’s 59 kg weight category.
