After IIT, virtual visit to State Ninth Medical College Dhubri Medical College Hospital. Foundation stones of Mandalik Branches of National Bhairology Institute, Jabalpur, Dibrugarh and Madhya Pradesh will be laid at Rashtrapatigaraki.
