BRS leader Kavita appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday for nine hours in connection with a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy, officials said.
The 44-year-old daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao left the federal agency’s headquarters at APJ Abdul Kalam Road around 8 pm after being interrogated for nine hours and recording her statement under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Said.
She reached the ED office at around 11 am from her father’s official residence on Tughlaq Road, about one and a half kilometers away.
