Police have arrested a girl from Jaipur along with the shooters of Lawrence Gang in the case of threatening two doctors of Jaipur for extortion. The girl wanted to contest mayor and assembly elections, for which she needed money. At a program in the city, the girl saw these two doctors giving a huge amount to charity, so she made a plan to recover the money from them.
The girl grew close to these two doctors and gathered complete information about them. After this, the shooter of Lawrence Gang, who was in jail, was told about them. The shooter of Lawrence gang had threatened both the doctors for extortion from his partner in UK.
Khushboo had given information about two doctors of Jaipur to the jailed Kali shooter. After this, Kali threatened the doctor through her friend in UK.
Lawrence’s henchmen demanded ransom of Rs 50 lakh each
Commissioner Biju George Joseph said – Rajasthan Hospital owner Dr. Shyam Sundar Aggarwal had received an internet call on 16 August 2023. In the call, the operatives of Lawrence Bishnoi gang had demanded extortion money of Rs 50 lakh and threatened to kill if the money was not paid. On this he had lodged an FIR against the miscreants in Bajaj Nagar police station.
Similarly, on August 24, an internet call was made to Dr. Sunit Shah, owner of Brain Tower (ANS) Super Specialty, Malviya Nagar, demanding extortion money of Rs 50 lakh. On this he had lodged an FIR in Jawahar Circle police station. The police took both the cases seriously and started investigation.
Police reached Lawrence’s shooter lodged in Punjab jail
Commissioner said- Additional Police Commissioner Kailash Chandra Bishnoi led the entire operation to identify and arrest unknown criminals. Additional DCP Ram Singh, in-charge of the SIT team formed to take action against the gang involved in extorting illegal money through phone calls, with the help of technical experts identified the criminals who called the two doctors. After the miscreants were identified, intelligence inputs were taken by contacting various agencies of the country for 25-26 consecutive days.
Biju George Joseph said- Confidential information was obtained from the network of criminal gangs. The team continuously conducted long interrogations with such criminals. High level technical analysis was done. Gradually the police investigation of this entire incident reached Punjab, where Ravinder Singh alias Kali Rajput alias Kali Shooter (23), son of Raghunath Singh, resident of Pind Balongi, lodged in Mohali jail, was interrogated. During this time it came to light that he was connected with a girl from Jaipur on Instagram. The same girl had given him information about both the doctors. Commissioner said- After this, the police arrested him on production warrant and brought him to Jaipur for questioning.

Kali shooter threatened his friend in UK
Commissioner said- Police interrogation has revealed that Kali Shooter had threatened his partner in UK to pay extortion money of Rs 50 lakh to both the doctors through phone calls and messages. When the doctor did not pay the money even after threatening, the Kali shooter called the shooter Rahul alias Mini Patrol of Sangriya (Hanumangarh) to Jaipur. Mini Patrol stayed in Jaipur from August 14 to August 20 with his partner Harsh Bhadu and another partner. On the instructions of Kali Shooter, firing was to be done on the doctor, but due to lack of instructions, firing was not done. On August 21, Mini Patrol had gone to Sangria with his friends. During that time, the police had received input about Mini Patrol and Harsh Bhadu roaming in Jaipur for some crime. During interrogation of Kali, information was received about Khushboo Chellani, a girl from Jaipur.
Threatened to contest Assembly and Mayor elections
Khushboo Chellani alias Khushi Chellani (25), daughter of Dilip Chellani, is a resident of Malviya Nagar, who has been living in Alkanand Apartment Pratap Nagar, Sanganer for some time. Khushboo passed 12th class from Poddar School in 2017 and has a diploma in fashion designing. Khushi Chellani is the only daughter of her parents. His father makes pan masala thadi. Khushboo was in touch with Kali Shooter, a member of the Lawrence gang who was in jail for the last 3-4 years, through Instagram. Kali used to make video calls to him from jail itself.
Commissioner said- Khushboo wanted to contest assembly and mayor elections. He is said to have good relations with many leaders. Khushboo needed money to contest the elections. Khushboo had gone to an event, where both the doctors had donated a huge amount for charity. After this Khushboo made a plan to recover money from them. Khushboo grew close to both the doctors and collected information about them and gave it to the jailed Kali shooter. He told- After interrogating the shooter Kali, Rahul and Harsh Bhadu have been arrested from Sangaria (Hanumangarh) in the case of doing Reiki.
Harsh Bhadu (blue T-shirt) and Rahul (white T-shirt) had come to Jaipur for firing after the doctor did not pay the extortion money. After not receiving instructions from Kali, they returned without firing.
Lawrence was escaped from police custody in 2015
Kali Shooter is in jail since 2018, who has been arrested on a production warrant. In the year 2015, Kali played a major role in the release and escape of Lawrence Bishnoi from police custody. While bringing Lawrence Bishnoi from Abohar, the police team had stopped to eat food at a dhaba near Mohali. During this time, Kali Shooter, along with his gang members, attacked the police and rescued Lawrence. Kali Shooter has been involved in dozens of cases of extortion, kidnap and murder in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. He was caught in an encounter with the police in Firozabad on 18 January 2018. Two policemen were injured at that time. Since then he is lodged in Kali jail.
Delhi Police had registered an FIR against Lawrence Bishnoi, Sampat Nehra, Jagdeep alias Jaggu Raju Basodi, Naresh Sethi, Preet alias Kala, Anil Rohila alias Leela Rahul Sanga, Sachin Thapan, Akshay Antil Palda and Kali Shooter on March 30, 2021. Kali Shooter was arrested by Delhi Police on 19 May 2021 in this case registered in Special Cell, New Delhi. Delhi Police has presented the challan in this case.
