In the Kotakpura shooting case, the SIT issued summons to 2 former Punjab Police officers and former chief minister’s principal secretary Gagandeep Brar.
The SIT headed by LK Yadav has issued inquiry summons to Rohit Chaudhary (the then ADGP) and IGR Khatra.
Gagandeep Brar who was then Principal Secretary to former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal was also called for questioning.
Gagandeep Brar was summoned for the first time on Monday, March 6, to the Officers of Sector 32 Police Institute in connection with the ongoing investigation in this case.
Let us inform you that the SIT presented the challan in the court 1 week ago. SIT says that as soon as more evidence is found, more challans will also be presented in this case.
