A video of the collision between a loading taxi and a scooter has surfaced in Jaisalmer. In this video, a loading taxi hits the scooter coming from the front. The couple riding the scooter falls down hard. The speed of the loading taxi is so fast that it climbs on the scooter. The couple was seriously injured in the collision with the taxi. People nearby took both of them to Jawahir Hospital in private vehicles.

Both were treated at Jawahir Hospital. After treatment, due to the serious condition of her husband, she was referred to Gujarat. A city scan was done on the wife’s head injury and treatment is ongoing. However, no case has been registered in this matter yet. But the police have seized both the vehicles from the accident site and kept them at the police station. And is investigating the accident with the help of CCTV.

Kotwali police station in-charge Satyaprakash Vishnoi said that the incident happened on Monday evening. Late in the evening, a couple Abhimanyu Singh along with his wife were going to Jawahir Hospital from Ring Road near Sonar Fort. While coming from Ring Road to Shiv Road, a loading taxi overtook the scooter at high speed and hit the scooter. Upon receiving information, the police seized both the vehicles from the spot and kept them in the police station. Police are investigating the accident on the basis of CCTV. The station in-charge said that no case has been registered in this matter yet.
