Lahore: The good news for Government College University (GCU) students is that they will be able to study in Germany. An important agreement was reached with the German University.
According to the details, under the agreement between GC University and German University, both the universities will exchange 10 students every year, 10 students from GC University will go to study in German University every year, students will get tuition fees from German University. You don’t even have to pay.
GCU has an agreement with the University of Applied Sciences, Nebrandenburg, Germany.
GCU Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Asghar Zaidi and German University President Prof. Dr. Grad Teske signed the MoU online. The 16-point agreement also includes doubts about faculty exchanges, research cooperation and staff training. There was also a video conference between university heads and officials.
Meanwhile, Vice Chancellor Prof. Asghar Zaidi said that GC University will not charge fees from German university students and will also provide accommodation to German students inside the university.
He added that establishing links with universities abroad is the fifth pillar of the GCU’s strategic vision. The two universities have also agreed to launch joint research projects.
