Riyadh: The Saudi Ministry of Commerce has issued important instructions for those who buy and sell cars.
According to Arab media, Saudi Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid Al-Qasbi has instructed car dealers to improve their service, no concessions will be made for negligence.
Addressing the dealers in a meeting with the car dealers, the Commerce Minister said that his ministry was monitoring the performance of all 24 hours a day.
He said that everyone’s performance graph is in front, car dealers should correct their attitude.
Majid Al-Qasbi said that car dealers who take care of the likes and dislikes of the consumers and provide the required facilities in a standard format will be given incentives while no concessions will be made to those who are negligent, the slogan of the ministry is to please the consumers.
The Saudi minister also reviewed various consumer complaints, including the unavailability of spare parts, non-delivery of replacement vehicles and unusual price increases.
The Commerce Minister also directed to increase the number of service centers, emphasizing on improving the quality of service after the sale of vehicles.
