LAHORE: Pakistani film industry actress Meera’s mother Shafqat Zehra has registered four cases against Shahid Mahmood.
According to ARY News, two cases were registered against Shahid Mehmood and his associates under other provisions including betrayal of trust in Defense B2 police station on the complaint of Shafqat Zehra.
The actress’ mother said: “My daughter, Aqsa Rabab, lives in Germany. She asked for قرض 160,000 to pay off her debt, which Shahid Mahmood promised to transfer.”
In the FIR, Shafqat Zahra stated that “Shahid Mehmood, when he came to know about it, supported the transfer of money and then took the money and kept it with him. The accused also demanded to use the house in Defense Phase 8 till the money is returned.”
He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture, and that his confession had been obtained through torture.
Shafqat Zehra demanded that “the house should be vacated and it should be handed over to me and justice should be provided”.
At the request of the actress’ mother, the police filed a case against the accused4 cases registered, 2 cases were registered in Defense B police station, 2 police stations in Ghalib Market. Cases were registered in Ghalib Police Station under the provisions of illegal arms and possession.
After the cases are registered Police arrested five accused while the main accused Shahid Mahmood is still absconding. The actress has also approached the Interior Ministry and the FIA to add Shahid Mahmood’s name to the Exit Control List (ECL) over the non-arrest of the main accused.
The accused arrested by the police were identified as Noman, Baig, Waqas, Sardar Ahmed and Amirzada. Modern weapons and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the accused. The accused were blackmailing the affected family by preparing fake documents of the plaza.
