The Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice rejected two bills on Muslim family law, Jaffaria jurisprudence, inheritance and divorce.
The meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice was chaired by Barrister Ali Zafar.
The committee rejected two bills relating to Muslim family jurisprudence, inheritance and divorce.
During the meeting, Barrister Ali Zafar said that we have never made any sectarian law before.
He said that if this law is made today, then every sect will have to be included in the law in this regard.
