Terrible collision between a passenger bus and a trailer in DG Khan – IG News

DG Khan: Passengers going to celebrate Eid with their loved ones on Eid-ul-Adha fell asleep as a result of a traffic accident.

According to details, a horrific collision took place between a passenger coach and a trailer near Jhuk Yarshah on Taunsa Road in DG Khan. As a result of the tragic accident, 27 people were killed and more than 40 injured.

According to Divisional Emergency Officer Rescue Double One Double Two, the unfortunate passenger bus was on its way to Rajanpur from Sialkot when it collided with a trailer coming from the opposite direction near Jhuk Yarshah, causing loss of precious lives. Arrived and began relief work.

According to Rescue Double One Double Two, the passenger bus was severely damaged due to the accident and the injured passengers trapped in the bus were cut off and taken to the Teaching Hospital for medical treatment.

Divisional Emergency Officer Rescue Double One Double Two expressed concern that the condition of several injured was critical, which could lead to an increase in the death toll.

The Punjab Chief Minister has expressed deep sorrow and regret over the DG Khan traffic accident. Emergency has been declared in the hospitals of DG Khan on the directive of the Chief Minister and doctors and paramedical staff have been called to the hospital.

A statement issued by the Punjab Chief Minister has expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the traffic accident. Sardar Usman Bazdar directed to provide best medical facilities to the injured.

On the direction of the Punjab Chief Minister, Commissioner DG Khan inspected the injured in the bus accident at the Teaching Hospital and inspected the treatment facilities.
