Half a kilo of goat bone meat
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt, a quarter tablespoon or to taste
White cumin quarter tablespoon
Three-fourths spoon of pepper
A tablespoon of coriander
Two tablespoons of lemon juice
Each coriander as required
Half a cup of oil
First of all, in the fourth stage, take half a cup of water, put the meat in it, put it on the stove and boil it and try not to separate the meat from the animals. Then add black pepper and coriander, then grind it a little in a grinder, now put the meat in a pot in which mix a tomato and ginger garlic paste, then chop the green chillies and add cumin and salt to taste. Mix well.
