Make long kebabs by mixing fresh cream in the minced meat and put them on wooden skewers and keep them in the fridge for a while so that they do not break.
Now put oil in a deep pot or frying pan and heat it on the stove for three to five minutes and dip it in the beaten eggs and put them to fry.
If you want to make a creamy herb, after adding all the ingredients to the herbs, keep them in a cool place for a while and then roast them in skewers.
