Khandva. A young man’s life became miserable due to mistake in his name. Because of a notice, he had to go round the police and the court for about one and a half years. Despite being innocent, the police even arrested him. After being out on bail for some time, when the time came for the verdict, he was told that he was innocent. His name was written by mistake. This strange case is of the District Court. Advocate Vikram Lashkari told that his party Rahul’s father Gopichand Gurbani Sindhi Colony had to undergo police and court action despite being innocent because of a wrong notice.
