KARACHI: The Sindh government has taken important decisions in view of increasing cases of corona in Quaid-e-Azam city.

According to ARY News, a meeting of Karuna Task Force was held under the chairmanship of Sindh Chief Minister.

The decision to keep the school open

The Sindh Task Force meeting unanimously decided that schools across the province would remain open and education would continue.

Mandatory use of face mask

Masks must be worn in all wedding halls, markets and public places. The administration must check the vaccination card record.

Bad news for government officials

A meeting of the Sindh Task Force decided that government officials who do not ensure the use of face masks will be fined. Salary to be deducted.

Decision to survey hospitals

On the other hand, ARY News has obtained the details of district wise rate of corona cases.

During the last 24 hours, Karachi recorded 35.30%, while Hyderabad recorded 5.12%, Gilgit 4.08%, Muzaffarabad 11.90% and Mirpur 2.17%.

Sources said that in 24 hours, the rate of corona virus in Islamabad was 6.95% while the rate of corona in Rawalpindi was recorded at 9.94%.

Sources in the Ministry of Health told ARY News that in 24 hours, the rate of KRONA in 9 districts was less than 1% while 25 districts of the four provinces are important in terms of KRONA.
