Man drowned in a lake, landed in a lake to catch fish IG News

Jalgaon: A young man landed at Shirsoli in Jalgaon taluka to catch fish. However, the incident took place on Tuesday when the youth drowned in the lake due to his feet getting stuck in the mud. The deceased has been identified as Sanjay Pandit More (35, resident of Jalke Vasantwadi, Tal. Jalgaon). His body was found floating in the lake on Wednesday evening, revealing the incident. It is learned that Sanjay More, a resident of Jalke Vasantwadi in Jalgaon taluka, is living with his parents, brother and wife. He was making a living by doing manual labor. He had gone fishing in a lake in Shirsoli Shivara around 10 am on Tuesday. He drowned due to mud in the lake.

Search started by family and news of death came.

Since Sanjay did not come home here, his family started searching for him. But, he was nowhere to be found. His body was found floating in the lake around 5 pm on Wednesday. After getting information about the incident, MIDC Police Station Chief Constable Jitendra Rathod, Jalke Vasantwadi Police Patil Sanjay Chimankare, Shirsoli Police Patil Shrikrishna Bari rushed to the spot and removed the body from the lake.

The body was admitted to the District Government Medical College at 7 pm. A sudden death has been registered at MIDC police station in this regard.
