Mehsana: Vaishakhi Poonam celebrations planned in Unjha, grand procession with 150 tables | Mehsana Grand celebration of Vaishakhi Poonam planned in Unjha at Umiya Dham

Umiyadham Shobha Yatra will start from Unjha at 8.30 am. A total of 150 tables have been set up in the Yatra which will tour different areas of the city. The route will be 3 km long and will involve about 1 lakh people.

In Mehsana of Gujarat(Mehsana) Unzama(Unjha) A grand celebration of Vaishakhi Poonam has been organized on 16th May. (Umiya Dham) A grand procession will be taken out. The procession will leave Umiya Dham Unjha at 8.30 am. A total of 150 tables have been set up in the Yatra which will tour different areas of the city. The route will be 3 km long and will involve about 1 lakh people.

The festival of Vasant Panchami was celebrated with great fanfare

Even before this, for the first time after the Koro period, the festival of Vasant Panchami was celebrated with great fanfare in the month of February. The flag of Shikhar was hoisted at Umiya Mataji’s temple at Unjha. According to the religious tradition, the flag was hoisted in the presence of dignitaries including the chief ministers of the temple with drums and drums. Vasant Panchami is considered to be the day of Mataji’s festival. Following which, Lok Mehraman had gathered to pay homage to Unjha temple.
