Mia Goth has been sued for allegedly headbutting actor Maxxxin in the background IG News

breaking News:

Mia Goth has been accused of deliberately kicking a background actor in the head during the production of the horror sequel. Maxxxine.

In a lawsuit filed Friday, Jan. 12, James Hunter claimed he suffered a concussion after the alleged incident last April.

The film is the third in a trilogy from director Ti West and studio A24 that follows X and Pearl (both 2022), all of which feature Goth in the lead role.

According to reports Diversity, Mr. Hunter claims in his lawsuit that he was hired to work for three days as a “dead parishioner.” During the first day’s night shoot, a background actor says he was lying on the floor covered in fake blood while “suffering from ants and mosquitoes.”

The Goth was supposed to run, step over him, look down and keep running. In his lawsuit, Mr. Hunter states that Goth came close to stepping on him in the fourth recording.

Mr. Hunter says he complained to another assistant principal and his concerns were passed on to Goth.

In the next frame, Mr Hunter claims that Goth deliberately kicked him in the head with a boot. After the scene was over, Mr Hunter says he was in the bathroom when Goth came in and “taunted, mocked and belittled” him while daring him to do anything about it.

Mr Hunter says he then felt a pain in his head and was dizzy on the drive home and had to stop the car twice. The next day, Mr. Hunter’s casting agency informed him that they did not want him back for the remaining two days.

According to a review of court documents TMZAlong with Goth, West and A24 are also being sued for wrongful termination.

Last year, West said The Independent that he thought Goth should have been nominated for an Oscar for her work in Pearl.

“I think she deserved it, but at the same time I don’t think it takes anything away from what she did. [An Oscar] would just be a nice addition,” he said.

Rated five stars for Pearl for independent, film critic Clarisse Loughrey wrote, “West’s film is, in short, a master class in finding sympathy for the devil.

“Credits are closing Pearl when her hero smiles manically and stares unblinkingly into the camera for several continuous minutes. That’s an impressive feat. But what we’re really looking at is the rise, completely unmasked, of a whole new horror icon.”
