No permanent friends or foes in politics, won’t react to personal comments: Ajit IG News

Mumbai, Aug 27 (PTI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar on Sunday said there are no permanent friends or foes in politics.

Addressing a rally in Beed, about 390 km from Mumbai, Pawar said he was hopeful that secular-minded Maharashtra would benefit from the charisma of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Significantly, Ajit Pawar’s uncle and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar had addressed a rally in Beed 10 days ago.

Thanking local leaders of Shiv Sena and Bharatiya Janata Party for inducting him and his party leaders in the state cabinet, Ajit Pawar said, “There are no permanent friends or enemies in politics. This is politics.

He said that the charisma of Prime Minister Modi is seen all over the country and it is expected that Maharashtra, which follows secular ideas, will benefit from this charisma.
