Materials
1. 1 kg of chicken meat
2. 2 cups of coconut milk
3. 2 tablespoons of sweet yogurt
4. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
5. 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
. 5-6 raw chillies
. 2 tablespoons onion paste
. Almond paste 1 tbsp
9. 2 pieces of cinnamon
10. 4 cardamoms
11. 1 egg
12. 1 teaspoon of crushed almonds
13. 1 tablespoon of flour
14. 1 tablespoon of ghee
15. Like the amount of salt
16. 4 teaspoons of tomato puree
16. 2 teaspoons of chilli powder
16. Oil as needed

Easy recipe for making chicken malaikari

Method
First wash the pieces of meat well and add water. Now add ginger-garlic paste, raw chilli paste, salt, flour and egg and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan in the oven. Heat a little ghee and oil and fry the pieces of meat in it till light brown. In the same pan, fry onion paste, cinnamon and cardamom. Now add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and dried chilli powder and mix well.

When all the ingredients are well mixed, boil the tomato puree, almond paste, sweet curd and coconut milk in a pan. When it boils a little, cover it with the pieces of fried meat and cook. When the meat is boiled and the broth is reduced, spread almond crumbs on top and take it down. Now serve hot with rice, polao or parota, naan.
