In view of the upcoming assembly elections, SP Manoj Kumar held a meeting of officers in the auditorium of Police Lines on Wednesday. The SP shared the information regarding the elections in the meeting of circle officers and station officers of the district in the police line.
In the meeting, instructions were given to keep a strict vigil on the illegal liquor and drug sellers and keep an eye on the activities of habitual criminals by updating the list of hooligans and records of the police stations. In the meeting, the SP inquired about security and patrolling of check posts along with listing of miscreants who created disturbance and obstruction during elections, regular checking of miscreants, maximum execution of arrest and other warrants.
The SP took information from the police station in-charge about each sensitive and highly sensitive polling booth in his area. In the meeting, the SP also instructed all the officers to talk to the common people about the importance of voting while visiting the villages along with the polling booths. During the meeting held on Police Lines, Additional Superintendent of Police Omprakash Meena, Circle Officer Circle Dholpur Suresh Sankhla, Circle Officer Circle Maniyan Manoj Gupta and other circle officers and police officers of the district were present.
