Rape accused of absconding minor arrested for two months, court sent to jail.
The police arrested the accused of raping a minor in Bhaleri police station area of the district. The accused was absconding for two months. The police produced the accused in the court on Tuesday evening and sent him to jail.
SHO Devi Sahai of Bhaleri police station said that on June 6, a case was registered against Sukharam, a resident of Maharavansar, accused of assault, rape and POCSO in the Bhaleri police station. After the registration of the case, the accused had absconded from the spot. Whose police searched a lot. But he remained away from police arrest.
The SHO said that on Tuesday evening the police received information that the accused Sukharam Jat (20) was roaming on Khandwa Road. On which a team was formed and the accused was immediately arrested and presented in the court and sent to jail.
