
Ravangaon; Leading News Service: From Supe in Baramati taluka, the thieves stole an ATM machine with an amount of Rs. 7 lakh 14 thousand. Police investigation revealed that the jeep (MH13 GV 8077) used for this was stolen from Saswad. This jeep was found by Ravangaon Police on Pune-Solapur National Highway in Khadki area. Daund Police Inspector Bhausaheb Patil, Vadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Kale gave this information.
Thieves broke the ATM machine of Indicash Company in Supe with a gas cutter and ran away on Friday (10th). The thieves came to the Vangaon-Boribel ghat on the Ravangaon-Boribel road from the Pune-Solapur National Highway in a jeep. There they tried to hide the ATM machine in the sewer. The villagers saw this. Therefore, the thieves ran away by stabbing the ATM there. Ravangaon police found the jeep used by the thieves to steal the ATM machine at 11 am on Saturday (11) in the Khadki area on the Solapur National Highway.
Constable Gorakh Malgunde of Ravangaon police post took possession of the said jeep. Daund police handed over the jeep to Vadgaon Nimbalkar police station for investigation. In this regard, Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Kale said that the crime was committed by Daund police
The used jeep has been seized. Thieves had stolen this car from Saswad. A theft case has been registered in this regard in Saswad Thane. Accused will be jailed for ATM theft.
