ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online) The Supreme Court has approved a request to set up a large bench of nine or more members during the hearing of an appeal seeking annulment of trials of civilians in military courts.

According to a report by private television station ARY News, a hearing is taking place in the Supreme Court against the trial of civilians in military courts. Justice Aminuddin presiding over the case, Khawaja Ahmed Hussain, said the matter should be referred to the panel of judges again.
