Alexander Reid, known as Alec or Jimmy, was last seen in April 2021 in the Pollok area of Glasgow.
The 43-year-old is known to have lived between Irvine and Stevenston in Ayrshire as well as Southside.

While it is not unusual for his family not to hear from him, they have become concerned as they usually hear from him on special occasions.
Chief Inspector Derrick Johnson said: “Alexander, known as Alec or Jimmy, frequently traveled between North Ayrshire and Glasgow and it is not unusual for him to be out of touch with his family and friends for long periods of time.
“However, he usually has contact with his family on occasions such as birthdays and Christmas.
“His family have become concerned after there has been no contact for longer than usual.”

Alexander is described as white, 5 ft 4 in, of slim build and with curled red/brown hair.
Inspector Johnson said: “Even if what you know seems trivial or unimportant, please get in touch because every piece of information can help us find out where Alexander may be and give his family some answers.” Is.”
