The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has summoned Shehbaz Gul today for indictment in the case of inciting rebellion against institutions.
In the previous hearing, Shahbaz Gul’s request for exemption from attendance was accepted.
It may be remembered that the PTI leader has filed two petitions in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas supra, in which Shahbaz Gul requested to stay the hearing in the Supreme Court till the decision of the Arshad Sharif spontaneous notice case.
