ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected a petition filed by PTI member Faheem Khan seeking registration of a criminal case in the Senate Election Video Scandal case.

According to details, Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court Athar Minallah upheld the decision of the Election Commission and dismissed the petition of PTI leader Faheem Khan as inadmissible.

It may be recalled that a video of Ali Haider Gilani came to light in the Senate elections on which the Election Commission had ordered criminal action against Ali Haider Gilani while action was also taken against PTI member Faheem Khan and Captain (retd) Jamil who made the video. Yes, Faheem Khan had challenged the action against him in the Islamabad High Court which was rejected by the court today.
