Shocking case in Chandigarh; Bodybuilder dies after falling while twisting his arms IG News

Chandigarh- Incidents of deaths while working out or during normal activities are increasing in the country. A similar case has come to light again in Chandigarh’s Dadumajra, where a 33-year-old young bodybuilder died while doing bodybuilding. The youth has been identified as Ram Rana.

According to information, Ram Rana was standing with his friends and talking to them. In the meantime, he started to take the angarai, then both his arms went backward and he fell on the ground. His friends thought he might be stretching. However, after falling on the ground, when his tongue also got stuck and he was not responding to anything, his friends took him to GMSH Hospital in Sector-16, Chandigarh, where the doctors declared him brought dead.

Ram Rana’s relatives said that he was not suffering from any kind of illness. He was healthy and exercised daily in the gym. He did not do drugs of any kind and avoided eating out. Ram Rana has two children, aged 11 and 3 years.

It may be mentioned that Chaudhry Santokh Singh (76), a Congress MP from Jalandhar, also fell on the ground during Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Joko Yatra last Saturday and died. He was also healthy and had no previous complaints of any kind of illness.

Chandigarh PGI HOD (Internal Medicine) Prof. Sanjay Jain says that in cases of PGI, there is a possibility of irregular heartbeat or heart attack. Sometimes a heart attack is not diagnosed until the autopsy.
