Special flight of national airline for Hindu visitors
According to details, domestic and foreign Hindu pilgrims traveled from Karachi to Peshawar via Karak. A special flight was operated at the request of Pakistan Hindu Council chief Ramesh Kumar.
From Shar-e-Quaid, Hindu pilgrims visited the Samadhi (temple) in Karak and performed religious rites.
Ramesh Kumar says that it has been proved that all religions in Pakistan are free for their rituals, the government is taking steps to increase religious tourism.
He requested that PIA also operate flights for pilgrimages from abroad.
Arshad Malik, chief executive officer of the national airline, said that special flights have been arranged for followers of different religions and they want to serve humanity in the light of Quaid-e-Azam’s words.
He further said that Pakistan is the homeland of believers of all religions and we are the national airline.
