Pakistani players dominated the ongoing Asian 6-Red and Under-21 Snooker Championship in Saudi Arabia. Both Pakistani players in the U-21 category Ahsan Ramzan and Muhammad Hasnain Akhtar reached the final while Owais Munir from Pakistan reached the final of the 6 Red Balls event.
The 6-Red and Under-21 Asian Snooker Championship is being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In the semi-finals of the 6 Red Championship, Pakistan’s Owais Munir defeated Asjad Iqbal in five best-of-nine frames, losing two matches and advancing to the final. Owais Munir will now face Hong Kong’s Nansen Wan in the final.
In the U-21 category, Hasnain Akhtar and Ahsan Ramzan of Pakistan advanced to the finals. Hasnain Akhtar defeated Shawn Liu of Hong Kong, while Ahsan Ramzan defeated Terdad Azadipur of Iran in the semifinals.
