Seoul: A company has found a unique solution to increase the birth rate in South Korea. The company will give 3 million rupees to each employee on the birth of a child. A South Korean company is ready to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to fight the country’s low birth rate.
It should be noted that South Korea is the country with the lowest birth rate in the world. For this reason, the Boeing Group, a construction company, has announced that it will give its employees $75,000 (about 3 million Pakistani rupees) for every child born.
On her behalf, 52 lakh 50 thousand dollars will also be distributed to those employees who had children from 2021. A company spokesperson said that this policy will be applicable to both men and women.
