New Delhi: An Indigo flight from Sharjah to Hyderabad made an emergency landing in Karachi, Pakistan on Monday.
This is due to a technical fault in the plane. This is the second Indian aircraft to make an emergency landing in Pakistan in the last 2 weeks.
The pilot noticed that there was a sudden technical fault in the flight which had taken off from Sharjah. In this background, the flight was immediately diverted to Karachi, Pakistan. The plane made an emergency landing after taking the permission of the authorities there. In addition, another additional flight has been dispatched to Karachi to bring passengers to India, Indigo Airlines said.
On July 5, SpiceJet’s Delhi-Dubai flight was grounded in Karachi, Pakistan due to a faulty fuel gauge.
