Rahul Gandhi, who is on a tour of England, participated in a seminar on Learning to Listen in the 21st Century at London Cambridge University.
Speaking then, he said that democracy in India is in a dangerous state and his cell phone was tapped by Pegasus tool. He also said that phones of political leaders are also tapped. Rahul Gandhi said that the intelligence officers told him to be careful, your phone is being recorded.
