Ingredients for making cucumber juice –
You will need 2 cucumbers, 1/2 inch piece of ginger, 1/4 lemon piece, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp mint, black salt to taste, 1 tbsp honey, 2 cups of water.
How to make cucumber juice?
Before making cucumber juice wash the cucumber well. Then cut into pieces and put in a separate container. After this, grind the chives, coriander leaves, mint leaves too.. Then cut a lemon and keep a quarter of it for the juice. After this, add cucumber slices, green coriander and mint in a mixer jar. Then add chopped ginger and whole lemon slices in a mixer jar.
After this add 2 cups of water and grind it to make juice. Then strain into a serving glass. Now your healthy cucumber juice is ready. Then you can add honey and black salt to taste and drink.
