In Ghadsana Mandi of Anupgarh district, a minor was attacked and killed with a knife by three miscreants. The name of the deceased is said to be Anil Kumar (17), son of Omprakash Nayak, who is a resident of Bhagat Singh Nagar of Gharsana in the district. The miscreants committed this crime around 9.30 pm on Monday night, at a distance of 250 meters from Majha’s house.
According to Ghadsana police station officer Jitend Swami, the deceased Anil Kumar used to work as a laborer in Ghadsana. Anil’s father works as a painter. Late Monday evening, Anil Kumar had come for some work to a place called Peerkhana, located at a short distance from his house. At the same time, three miscreants came riding on a bike and attacked Anil with a sharp knife.
The miscreants fled after the incident
Anil Kumar was startled by the sudden attack and he ran inside a nearby grocery shop and fell unconscious there. After Anil’s escape, the three miscreants also fled via Kupali Marg.
After this, a huge crowd of people gathered on the spot and took the injured Anil Kumar to the government hospital in Ghadsana. Where doctors declared Anil Kumar dead. When the family members got information, they also reached the hospital.
Police is searching for the accused, blockade is being done
Police station officer Jitend Swami said that the search for the accused has been started by blocking the area. Raids are being conducted at many places. He said that the reasons behind the murder have not been revealed yet. Anil Kumar’s body has been kept in the mortuary. CCTV cameras are also being searched around the incident site.
