A double-decker bus going from Delhi to Gorakhpur collided with a divider and fell into a gorge on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in police station Nagla Khangar area of ​​Firozabad district of UP, injuring 36 passengers. Of these, 28 passengers have been admitted to the hospital while the rest were discharged after minor treatment.

Superintendent of Police, Rural Akhilesh Narayan said that the private travel bus of Gorakhpur left Delhi for Gorakhpur with a ride at 8.30 pm on Thursday night. As soon as the bus reached the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in the Nagla Khangar police station area of ​​Firozabad district, it became unbalanced, collided with the divider and fell into the ditch. He said that all the passengers in it were pulled out and sent to Saifai Hospital by ambulance where they are undergoing treatment.

A private bus number UP53 FT 4523 of Shyam Lal Gola had left for Gorakhpur at 8:00 pm from Kashmere Gate in Delhi, in which 36 passengers were seated. At around 1 o’clock in the night, suddenly the bus driver had a nap near Sirsaganj, in which the bus broke down the railing and got down the road. Immediately the police of Sirsaganj and Nagla Khangar reached the spot.
