– The party leaders filed petitions against the High Court decision

Hoshiarpur, September 20 (Punjab Mail)- Patron of Shiromani Akali Dal and former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, party president Sukhbir Singh Badal and secretary general Daljit Singh Cheema have approached the Supreme Court against the decision of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The matter is that the Shiromani Akali Dal has two constitutions, in which these three prominent Akali leaders have been declared guilty by the court.

Akali leaders filed various SLPs in the Supreme Court. (Special Leave Petition) has challenged the orders of Haryana High Court of Punjab and demanded to consider this case. The hearing of this case has been fixed on September 22. It is to be mentioned that Balwant Singh Khera, patron of Socialist Party of India and state president Om Singh Stiana had filed a complaint that the Shiromani Akali Dal has presented a fake constitution to the Election Commission, on which these Akali leaders Parkash Singh Badal, Sukhbir Singh Badal A case of fraud and forgery was registered against Daljit Singh Cheema under section 182, 193, 199, 200, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B. The Akali leaders have now approached the Supreme Court. The court has fixed the hearing of this case for September 22.
